With the announcement of the completely new 3200 GT,in Paris in 1998 Maserati went back to it's roots,building a true Gran Turismo in the great tradition.Apart from a twin-turbo engine,everything else was new.The V8 from the Shamal and Quattroporte IV was modified and now delivered 370bhp. Choice was between a 6 speed manual transmission (ZF) or a 4-peed  automatic gearbox (BTR). The design from Giugiaro was, just like his creations for Maserati in the past, a true masterpiece and this model was mainly responsble for Maserati's sales revival which started in 1998. It's boomerang shaped tailglights were the first on a production car using LED technology.

The low mileage example we offer here has been particularly and comes with a complete service history from new by either main dealer or specialists.The car comes with a comprehensive history file which contains the car's original handbook and stamped service book. The file also holds all copy service invoices together with all old MOTs.
