1964 MGB ROADSTER.S SPEED G/B.HARDTOP

Announced at the 1962 Earls Court Motor Show, the MGB replaced the MGA and became a best seller.Built on a monocoque chassis/body and powered by the B series 1800cc engine. the car came with a 4 speed gearbox and optional overdrive. The MGB was initially offered in open 2 seater form and later joined by a closed GT version. A 'Type 9' 5 speed gearbox transmits the power.

Converted to negative earth with a single 12 volt battery with an isolation switch.

In the suspension department we have 3/4 inch front anti roll bar, polybused and new drop links.

Works type hardtop, soft top and tonneau cover.

The car rides on a set of new knock on alloy wheels and new tyres..

New fuel tank and fuel pump.
