The MGRV8 was concieved in 1988 and launched onto the market in 1992. The RV8 is a classic British roadster, basically a heavily revised MGB with a Rover 3.9 V8 engine delivering 185 bhp delivered to the rear wheels via a 5 speed Rover gearbox. The result being a wonderful blend of classic styling and modern performance. A Classic sports car with modern features.

The superb example we offer here is just one of 350 MGRV8s built for the home market that is in metallic British Racing Green one of only 129 in that colour. This car is a UK market car that has never been exported. The car has covered just 35,000 miles from new backed up by a comprehensive history file.The body work is in excellent condition.  The interior with it's burr elm dash and door cappings and biege leather is in superb condtion. The car has full and half tonneau covers. About 2 years ago power assisted steering was installed. The car has also recently acquired a stainless steel exhaust system and new catalytic converters.
